Istria –

A sea of opportunities

Enjoy a luxury adventure on the waves of the Adriatic – explore the natural wonders of Lim bay, national park Brijuni archipelago and Cape Kamenjak.

Sail with us along Istria’s azure coast, plunging into picturesque Mediterranean motifs – nine lighthouses, coves and beaches, small boats floating peacefully, awaiting in the beauty of solitude.

Along the coast, fishermen are repairing their nets. They will be glad to tell you tales of the sea, accompanied by tasty pilchard and a glass of Istrian Malvasia.

Taste its four gastronomic pearls: fresh seafood, truffles, olive oil and wine.

Even if the water is quite perfect for about 8 months a year the yachting season kicks of ending April. The peak-season starts mid-July and ends after the third week of August, and then all is quiet again to enjoy through September and October.
Among 11 marinas for yachting and boating enthusiasts, the Top 3 are Marina Nautica in Novigrad, Marina Veruda in Pula and the newbuild ACI Marina Rovinj.

Respected Blue Flags, symbol of preserved, safe and pleasant environment, are a regular ornament in 6 of Istrian marinas along with 50 beaches.
The Istrian coast – also named as Blue Istria – is lined up with charming old towns. The West coast offers a perfect mix of relaxation and activity. Those for seeking activities on water can enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP, kajaking, (wrecks)diving, ski lift, waterskiing, wakeboarding, jetskiing,… For family-friendly but still thrill-filled adventure, visit Istralandia Aquapark, Aquacolors Poreč Waterpark or the Glavani Adrenalin Park.
The East side of the peninsula, with its beautiful hilly landscape, is less crowded but offer great natural inlets ideal for overnight anchorings.

Each coastal town and the nearby area offer a selection of highly recommended dining choices.
While visiting the mainland, rich with history and culture, don’t miss to enter the Pula Roman Amphiteatre, the Complex of Euphrasius Basilica in Porec and strolling along the narrow streets of the old town of Rovinj, magical at day and night.

Before heading back to your yacht, sip a drink at a trendsetting Cocktail bar and enjoy a spectacular sunset by the sea promenade.
